Chicago’s housing market has experienced a surge in home showings so far this year.

The increase is based on pent-up demand, start of the Spring season  and fluctuating interest rates.

While precise figures are not disclosed, the number of real estate showings in Chicagoland this year surpasses levels seen during the same period over the past four years, including the pre-pandemic period of 2020.

Let’s hope for a good 2024 real estate year in the Chicago area.
